While writing the books “A Letter to My Daughters” and “Transforming Boys into Men”, author Keith Hudson interviewed thousands of fathers, mothers, sons, and daughters to gather first hand information.
The most powerful discovery that Keith made during the interviews, was the value that both adult women and teenage daughters placed on father-daughter relationships.
Adult women beamed with joy while discussing their father-daughter relationships while growing up. Most of the women said that they used their father-daughter relationships to set the standard of expectation for their dating and marital relationships. Others confessed that their academic achievements, decisions not to become sexually active as teens, their choice not to use alcohol or drugs, and the type of guys that they dated, were the result of not wanting to disappoint their fathers.
Conversely, both teens and adult women confessed that the majority of their teen rebellion; lack of academic focus, use of drugs and alcohol, and sexual promiscuity, was the result of their desire for their fathers’ attention. Most still desired a healthy father-daughter relationship regardless of their age.
Fathers: If you do not become the number one male influence in your daughter’s life, some other male will!

What is the “One Million Family Challenge”?
Keith and his teenage daughter will be doing “The Father-Daughter Twin Pack” in a live online “Webinar” environment.

The book “A Letter to My Daughters” is a complete father to daughter talk about life that covers every topic that affects the lives of women living in today’s society. The book is based on the real life experiences of Keith, biblical wisdom, and the thousands of interviews that were conducted.
Keith is not a psychologist, the book is written from a “Life Smarts TM” and Spiritual point of view.
What is “The Note Book Diary”?
The “Note Book Diary” contains specific questions related to each letter topic. The “Note Book Diary” personalizes the book into each reader’s life by allowing the reader to use the real people that are involved in their own lives to complete the “real” activities. The book will become a living legacy of each person’s life.
What is the “Father-Daughter Twin Pack”?
The “Father-Daughter Twin Pack” consists of two “A Letter to My Daughters” books and two “Note Book Diaries”. The father and daughter each read a letter topic. They fill out their related diary questions and thoughts. Every couple of weeks the father and daughter exchange diaries.
This allows the father to see exactly how the daughter views each topic. This also allows the daughter to see the father’s views based on his life experiences, and why a father gives the advice that he does. Then they discuss one another’s points of view on each topic.
The Father-Daughter or Mother-Daughter Twin pack, opens the lines of communication between daughter and parent, and takes away any embarrassment of any life discussion by presenting each topic and giving a starting point for conversation.
For a mother that does not have a father actively involved in her daughter’s life, the Mother-Daughter Twin Pack allows the same talk with a male point of view interjected; via the book.
Do I have to buy the Twin Pack to do the webinar?
The answer is; no. We will be covering each topic on line. However, The Twin Pack will be paramount allowing the father and daughter to preview each topic, developing strong family relationships, and leaving a written legacy of their father-daughter experience.
What if I am divorced or separated from my daughter?
We have a special on line program for divorced or separated fathers and their daughters.
We will be having the “Note Book Diary” on line, in a secure environment, along with video email that allows the “just like you’re there” experience for the divorced or separated father, or the father serving in the military that wishes to stay involved in his daughter’s life.
How does this project touch the entire family?
- Fathers will understand a wife’s emotional needs that will in turn help him recognize how to best cultivate a father/daughter relationship. This will facilitate a solid future for his family unit.
- Mothers will identify and understand how their past life experiences have affected their marital and parental relationships, both positive and negative.
